We stayed for one night and loved the spacious room. The Wi-Fi and A/C worked perfectly. The pool was a nice spot to unwind after our travels, and the breakfast had a lot of tasty options. One minor thing was that the nearby fast-food joints had some noise, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

I loved the sleek and clean vibes of our Quadruple Room with Bath—very cozy! Plus, the breakfast, while simple, was more than enough to kickstart the day, and the pool area felt like a hidden gem of relaxation. The location was also super convenient for exploring Quebec City's culinary scene!

Family-friendly Retreat with Fun Activities!
We had a fantastic stay! The large pool area was a hit with the kids, offering plenty of fun. Dining at the onsite restaurant made it convenient, with delicious options that pleased my picky eaters. Pro tip, arrive early for breakfast to beat the crowd!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and clean. The adjustable AC and blackout curtains added comfort. The heated pool and fun water slide were great for the kids. However, the breakfast quality was disappointing, with a limited selection that hardly changed. The bathroom design was stylish yet impractical, lacking proper ventilation and privacy.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff ready to assist at any time. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a great space to relax with ample natural light. I appreciated the availability of a refrigerator and microwave in the room, which added convenience for my work-related stay.
Breakfast was underwhelming and could use improvement.

Comfortable stay with great amenities for families
The hotel offered a spacious and clean room, which was perfect for my family. We loved the heated pool and the water slide was a blast for both kids and adults! The location was convenient, with everything we needed nearby. However, the breakfast selection could use some improvement, as it was not very satisfying.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. My room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, which really helped me relax after a long day. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, especially the water slide. However, breakfast could use some improvements. There were limited options, and the dining area felt a bit crowded. The coffee wasn't great either, which was disappointing given the good experience elsewhere. Overall, this place is solid for families but has room for enhancement in the dining experience.

missingWrote a review on Jun 21crowded breakfast
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a number of issues that just stuck out like a sore thumb. For starters, breakfast felt like a sad attempt at service, delivered in flimsy paper bags with limited options that made us feel more like a charity case than hotel guests. The crowding at the breakfast area was a real hassle—apparent from the long lines that made mornings feel rushed. Additionally, the fitness center left much to be desired, small and cramped with barely enough room to stretch. Some amenities such as the arcade for kids being located off-site and requiring extra fees were quite misleading compared to what was promoted. No bottled water or tea in the room, just an old coffee machine that looked like it belonged in a garage sale.
